Emily Oliver

Emily is a developer at Cogapp with a frontend focus. She has worked on projects including Shakespeare in the Royal Collection, Yiddish Book Center, and most recently the MIT Museum.

Emily originally taught herself to code with support from the Codebar sessions and community in Brighton. Since then, she has worked primarily with CraftCMS and React, and has experience consuming APIs and building sites with NextJS. She particularly enjoys making accessible and user-friendly apps and sites.

Emily graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in German. She has volunteered with arts, civil rights, and social support organisations.

Outside of work, Emily spends her time around nature, being creative, eating, or trying to learn another language.
