Lou Carroll

Lou is one of our team of friendly producers and manages multiple projects. Currently working with our clients at The Royal Society, British Library, and Yale University Art Gallery, Lou is always looking out for opportunities to make our work even more enjoyable for those who use it.

She is passionate about all things UX and has years of experience delivering award-winning user experience for clients in the charity and non-profit sector. A proponent of user-centred design Lou is in her happy place in workshops, developing user focussed research, and collaborating with our designers and tech team to realise our clients' visions.

Lou is co-organiser of LTUX Brighton, a group for the UX community to share, collaborate, and learn. LTUX provides a friendly, open space and advocates for women, non-binary folks, and underrepresented genders across all areas of user experience.
